I am in the shade 220 Sand, which is a pretty much an exact match to my skin. It can get a bit oily on a hot day, so I would recommend to apply some powder in the T-zone. Unlike some other drugstore foundations, this one does not settle into my fine lines around my eyes. #Loreal infallible foundation color match plusI also find this foundation to be super comfortable to wear on the skin and last decently well throughout the day, plus it photographs really beautifully. I have been testing out other Loreal foundations to see which one I liked better, and it is definitely this one.įirstly, the finish on this foundation is a nice satin matte, which gives a more skin-like finish. This is actually one of my favourite drugstore foundations I have ever tried. For it to work so well without a primer is such a bonus! It’s light and fresh and smooths out skin texture. Really happy with this and will be using it permanently now and love that it is really affordable and often on sale. I found it did not oxidise but have read reviews that it had on others, for me it didn’t. I don’t think I’ve ever had any foundation match so closely. The shade I got was 130 true beige and it is spot on my shade. It’s honestly amazing! It only settles in to fine lines very very slightly, no way near as bad as other foundations I use. The foundation itself still looks flawless and smooth. I feel when it does get a bit oily in my t-zone it doesn’t even look that bad. I do get oily around 6 hours but I have never had a foundation (even matte foundations) that I don’t get oily with so this is not a huge factor for me. A light setting powder and it looks great for most of the day. It is a nice matte finish but not too matte, still offers a beautiful glow to your skin. It’s really light weight and not heavy on the skin. One pump is sufficient for my face and most of my redness and pores get covered well. The finish is really smooth and flawless and I feel that the medium coverage it offers is enough for me, I don’t need to build it up. I’m finding a get a very smooth and mattified look with just the foundation and a setting powder. I have tried it a few times with and without primer, and I’m actually preferring it without primer. And I think I have found my new favourite. I generally stick with what I know because of my oily skin and get a bit afraid to try new things, but after reading some reviews I thought I might try it.
